Mohammed bin Khalid bin Saaran's journey began with a clear passion for development and leadership. He chose to study Business Administration – Management Information Systems – at Imam Muhammad ibn Saud Islamic University, graduating in 2024. His education combined administrative knowledge with a technical understanding that has become one of the most important requirements in today's job market.
Not content with academic achievement, Mohammed also pursued professional development. He obtained a Diploma in Executive Management for Non-Profit Organizations from Ibn Rushd College and earned several international professional certifications, including: the Advanced Certificate from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the Key Performance Indicators Professional (KPI) Certificate from the Institute of Key Performance Indicators in Australia, and the Certified Business Professional in Leadership During Change from the Business Training Association (IBTA). These qualifications broadened his perspective on managing initiatives and organizations with societal impact and navigating the job market.
Throughout his career, he gained diverse experiences that enriched his practical expertise. He worked in human resources, human resource information systems, sales management, quality, and production. He also held leadership positions in non-profit organizations, which enhanced his skills in team leadership, data analysis, project management, and achieving results. He currently works as a human resources specialist and certified trainer, continuously developing his professional skills.
On the volunteer front, his presence has been remarkable in student and community work, with over 2,300 volunteer hours. He has led several clubs and initiatives, including founding and managing the Ejaad Club, serving as a consultant for the Business Administration Club, and chairing the Technology and Talent Club. He also led the public relations department at the Vision Club, believing that true leadership is built through community service and empowering others.
Today, Mohammed bin Khalid bin Saaran's experience represents a model of a young man who combines knowledge, experience, and volunteer work, striving to translate knowledge into practical impact. He is committed to contributing to building more efficient work environments and developing human capital to meet future aspirations.
