Among his most notable achievements during this period was the establishment of the first joint media club at the College of Media and Communication, serving as an integrated platform for exchanging practical experiences and developing media skills across disciplines.
He also participated as the university's first ambassador at the third edition of the Saudi Media Forum.
He began his career at various institutions during his studies and achieved success after graduation, working in the executive office of the President of the Saudi Broadcasting Authority. He also worked with the executive team of the Saudi Media Forum (SMF), contributing to media coordination within the Saudi Broadcasting Authority.
He participated in organizing and covering the forum's events in its various sessions and represented the forum at several international events, reflecting the presence of Saudi media on the global stage.
The International Diplomatic Media Excellence Camp (IMDPEC) is one of the most prominent projects led by Professor Ayesh Abu-Lail. He managed the project and developed its concept from inception to implementation, becoming the first Saudi to lead a program of this kind in partnership with several media and community organizations.
